The terms
How the guarantee works.
Fourteen days is a promise we can keep because we control every step: the jingle, the page, and the launch. Here is how the clock runs.
When the 14 days start
The clock starts when you have given us everything we ask for at kickoff: your business details, your logo or the exact spelling of your business name, your service area, and your approval of the jingle script. We write the script and send it to you, and you have two business days from receiving it to approve it or ask for changes. Once we have all of that in hand, day one begins. We will tell you in writing when it does.
What "live" means
Live means two specific things, both of them checkable. Your produced jingle is delivered to you, finished and ready to run. Your one-page site is reachable on its public address, so a customer can open it and call you. When both are true within the fourteen days, the promise is kept.
If we miss it
If Petronella Technology Group, Inc. misses that fourteen-day mark through its own fault, your setup fee is refunded in full. Not a credit, not a discount on future work. The full setup fee, back to you.
What pauses the clock
Delays on your side pause the clock. That is the honest flip side of the promise. If we are waiting on your script approval, your logo, or other materials we asked for at kickoff, the clock stops until we have them and then picks up where it left off. We will always tell you plainly when we are waiting on you and exactly what we need, so nothing stalls in silence.
The monthly service is separate
The setup and the monthly service are two different agreements. The setup is covered by this guarantee. The monthly service runs month to month and you can cancel it anytime. There is no long contract hiding behind the guarantee, and cancelling the monthly service never costs you a penalty.
Why we can promise this
Because the launch does not depend on anyone else. We produce the jingle, we build the page, and we host it. The only outside dependency is you, and the pause rule handles that fairly in both directions.
